My Fitness Journey:

Growing up, I was always skinny and insecure. In sports, I got pushed around, outmatched by bigger, stronger athletes. I hated feeling weak.

That all changed when I started hitting the gym and gaining weight. As my body grew stronger, so did my confidence. I wasn’t just holding my own in sports—I was excelling. But what started as a physical transformation quickly became something much deeper. I fell in love with the mentality, the discipline, and the growth that came with training. Pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible became an obsession. Every day, I set new limits, and every day, I broke them.

This journey isn’t something with an endpoint—it’s something I will never have to stop doing. There’s always another level to reach, another challenge to overcome. While I’ve had some help along the way, most of what I’ve learned has been through my own experience, trial and error, and relentless dedication.

Now, I want to share this with others. I know what it feels like to struggle with insecurity, to feel like you’re not enough. But I also know what it feels like to transform—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I want others to experience that same growth, that same sense of power and purpose. Because once you realize what you’re capable of, there’s no going back.
